Wild honey, harvested in the Region of Beiras. It is obtained through an experienced practice of transhumance, benefiting from different blooms, including 4 varieties of Heather, Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Tojo, Rosemary, Thyme, Rosemary and Borage.
